Success continues for L.A. Reid...

Antonio L.A. Reid has done it, yet again. Reaching another milestone within the music industry and establishing a presence for generations to come. Antonio L.A. Reid, more colloquially known as L.A. Reid has become the record executive for yet another label. However, this time it is not for his own independent label with simply one or two big name aritist. There are several. L.A. Reid has now successfully become the Chief Executive Officer of Epic Records, a New York Based Record Label with headquarters on Madison avenue, employed with big stars such as Outkast, Ciara, Avril Lavigne and Karmin, the youtube sensation.

After playing the role as producer, executive producer, song writer, already having the tile as chief executive officer of another label, La Face records, of which international pop singer Usher Raymond is signed under, and current judge as the television hit “THE X Factor,” L.A. Reid has accomplished everything any music executive would desire.
Nevertheless, the journey doesn’t seem to stop for Reid. This past July he was promoted under the tutelage of Doug Morris, Sony Music Entertainment chief executive officer, as chief executive officer himself of the subordinate record label.

With this position taking him to new heights within the music industry who knows what is next for this man. We have inevitably watched him from behind the scenes produce Albums for Artists such as Toni Braxton, Whitney Houston, Justin Timberlake, Usher, Babyface, and many more. We can only sit back and watch as this creative mind works his talent as he knows best, within the music industry.

With L.A. Reid’s current level of success having been reached at such a young age, it is unlikely for anyone to say what exactly he will do next with this new mandated position. Nonetheless, with millions of fans and even celebrities cheering him on, it is safe to say the public is awaiting the new endeavor in the L.A. Reid saga.

Chris Brown in trouble yet again..

The R&B crooner is reaching headlines once again, but not for his mega-success as a singer. In late February reports surfaced that Brown, outside of a Miami club snatched an iphone from a fan trying to snap a photo, of which he did not approve. “Bitch, you ain’t going to put that on no website” were the words sources say Brown used when the alleged incident occurred. Fans are disturbed by the recurring temper tantrums Brown continues to exhibit.

Within the past few years Brown was placed on probation for assault and battery to former girlfriend and pop singer, Rihanna. It is unknown as to whether Brown is suffering from psychological issues relating to his series of anger outburst or whether or not he needs to seek counseling. Nonetheless, law enforcement will not continue to give pardons for someone who continues to break the law. With this latest cell phone incident Brown could face felony robbery charges, in which case if convicted will violate his probation and possibly sent him to jail.

Chris Brown is not only known for his belligerent acts towards females, but in 2009 Brown was caught driving and smoking what suspiciously looks like a marijuana cigarette. Although a representative for Brown says it was a cigarillo, Brown, according to sources, looks high.

Fans are worried that their pop-star icon will be arrested indefinitely if the madness does not cease. Brown does not appear to be moved by all the bad press he receives from his actions. You would think, the international superstar would try to keep a low profile considering the bad name he received from the tragic violence with former girlfriend Rihanna. However, the public has yet to see this occur. He continues to disappoint with what seems to be a never-ending future of drama.
